We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Please choose carefully and check our sizing guides before placing an order.

We may, at our discretion, offer store credit or an exchange.

 

 

 

 

⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit as per Australian Consumer Law.

To request a return:

  1. Email us at sales@saffastrong.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.
  3. We’ll respond within 2 business days with the next steps.

 

✅ Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (unless faulty).
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Must include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

 

 

🔁 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size (same item), subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.

 

📦 Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect:
